Flap disc HERMAN LS-20 Canta 150mm | P120 | corundum

This corundum flap disc for edge grinding delivers reliable performance when working on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Its T27 flat backing pad and radially arranged lamellae focus pressure in a single line. Therefore, it allows for clean and consistent edge shaping.

We use X-heavy cotton abrasive belts, coated with aluminum oxide (corundum). As a result, the disc cuts efficiently and lasts longer, even during continuous use.

Each flap is machine-cut and placed with ±0.5 mm precision. This level of accuracy reduces vibration and improves control. The 7-layer fiberglass support plate keeps the disc rigid and stable, even under high pressure. In addition, we apply a heat-resistant epoxy resin to keep every flap securely attached throughout the entire grinding process.

We also fine-tuned the flap layout after extensive testing. You can choose from FEPA grit sizes between P40 and P120 (100–500 µm), depending on your task—whether rough grinding or finishing work.

Use this disc at a 5˚–15˚ angle with a 150 mm grinder for best results.
