These saw blades for fine cuts in softwood offer MWS teeth, HCS carbon steel body, 2 mm tooth spacing, and vibration-free cutting in clean composite wood.
These saw blades for fine cuts in softwood are designed for clean, straight cuts in materials from 3 mm thick. They are ideal for precise woodworking and finishing tasks.
Each blade is made of HCS carbon steel with 58CrV chromium-vanadium alloy. This composition ensures strength, flexibility, and resistance to wear.
The MWS (milled and wavy set) teeth have a spacing of 2 mm (12 TPI). This provides exceptionally fine cutting with minimal splintering.
The blades maintain a constant width of 8 mm, reducing vibration and enhancing stability during cutting. You get two length options: the short blade is 1.0 mm thick, and the long one is 1.25 mm.
Thanks to this solid geometry, the blades stay aligned with the cut and avoid deviation. They are perfect for clean softwood applications without staple or nail residues.
