This non-woven flap disc for surface treatment is engineered for efficient blending, cleaning, and finishing on a variety of materials. It features a T29 conical backing pad with radially arranged lamellae, which significantly increases surface contact. As a result, the disc delivers smooth and consistent coverage, especially at a working angle between 15˚ and 25˚.

The disc is available in a 125 mm diameter and comes in three versions: coarse, medium, and fine. This flexibility allows you to select the right tool depending on the material and the finish you want to achieve.

You won’t need a separate backing plate. Each flap is firmly attached to the 7-layer fiberglass support using a high-strength epoxy resin, which provides structural safety and long-term durability.

We use non-woven nylon fibers impregnated with abrasive grain and resin to build the flaps. This construction offers excellent flexibility, heat resistance, and consistent grinding performance across the disc’s lifespan.

Furthermore, the disc operates effectively within a wide speed range of 2,500 to 11,500 rpm. When paired with a 125 mm angle grinder with variable speed and a minimum of 1400W, it ensures optimal efficiency and a high-quality surface finish.
